No New Major Nigerian M&A Transaction with a Disclosed Value Verified This Week

A review of Nigerian business announcements from 1–7 November did not identify a sufficiently verified major merger, acquisition or completed corporate takeover with a publicly disclosed transaction value. The week did, however, bring new corporate financing activity, including the US$50 million BOI–IFC loan agreement.
