Kenya Reopens Transaction-Advisory Procurement for the High Grand Falls Dam

On 6 November, Kenya’s National Treasury re-advertised a tender for transaction-advisory services for the Kibuka (High Grand) Falls Hydropower and Irrigation Dam Project. The proposed multipurpose development has an estimated total project cost of KES 337 billion, approximately US$2.6–2.75 billion; this is an estimated project value, not the advisory contract price. Requests for proposals are due by 24 November 2026. The project creates opportunities for engineering consultants, infrastructure financiers and specialist contractors.
